Breathwork Emergence Experiential Training

Dylan Jay Brody, AMFT #137361, Supervised by Timothy Hartnett, LMFT #27228 of Shine a Light Counseling Center is offering a unique opportunity to either jumpstart or deepen our understanding of the power of psychedelic breathwork through community discussion, education, and integration of direct experience with breathwork in the group container.

This workshop/training will include breathwork sessions and introductory training in facilitating breathwork experiences at a group level. At a basic level, if you have never engaged in psychedelic breathwork before, this is an opportunity to add a new tool to your toolkit. There is a fee for all participants (sliding scale) and it is open to non-SAL folks involved in a wide range of helping professions, as well as anyone interested in deepening their relationship with their breath and body.

- Learn how to safely and effectively facilitate breathwork experiences

- Learn the neuroscience and physiology of breathwork

- Discover the wide range of breathwork practices

- Directly engage with breathwork as a practice for somatic, experiential learning
